Program Curriculum
Weekly Breakdown: Each week, participants will embark on a thematic journey through the core components of the program: mindfulness, self-compassion, and optimism. Sessions will include interactive exercises, reflective discussions, and practical applications tailored to the parenting context. Asynchronous assignments play a pivotal role in reinforcing learning by allowing participants to reflect on and apply concepts at their own pace.
Approaches: Our program uniquely integrates mindfulness practices to enhance present-moment awareness and emotional balance, self-compassion exercises to foster kindness towards oneself, and optimism training to build resilience against parenting challenges. These evidence-based methodologies are woven into each session to support parents in cultivating a positive and nurturing family environment
